Nish Techno project Pvt. Ltd. has always been sensitive towards the concerns of society and is committed to operating its core business in a socially responsible way by taking into consideration the wider interests of the community and the environment.


The Objectives

  • To create community assets for the development of rural/urban society.

  • To enhance increased commitment at all levels in the organization towards strengthening the social and environmental conscience of the company.

  • To undertake CSR activities largely in and around NISH project sites, regional offices, and headquarters.

  • To reinforce a 'positive & socially responsible’ image of Nish Techno Projects Pvt. Ltd as a corporate entity.

  • To assist socially and economically weaker segments of society to overcome hardship and impoverishment while recognizing the interests of all its stakeholders.

CSR Initiative

1.) Health Care

HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) improvement in Chemical Industry by Adding Automation:


In Chemical industries, the life of a person operating the process is always at stake due to various critical processes and a single mistake can cause a serious accident in the plant. While our systems take care of this, we also make sure to take care of the operator’s health by limiting the chances of exposing him to chemicals that might be physically harmful.


With the implementation of the automation process for chemical industries, all critical parameters of the process are being taken care of by the system itself hence ensuring minimum possibilities of accident and major breakdown.


Our systems add value to limiting pollution & limiting Carbon footprint.

2.) Uplifting of Underprivileged

  • Hiring policy puts priority for candidates

    • Coming from lower middle class / poor background​

    • With parents not capable of earning

    • We assess the capability of the candidate while recruiting the candidate on a person’s skill set,  not on the physical condition which gives equal opportunity to physically challenged candidates.

  • We demonstrate a motivational approach to support physically challenged artists.

  • Emergency medical aid is given to employees as well as their dependents.

  • The loan is giving for uplifting living standards such as home loans, vehicle loans, education loans, etc.

  • Smoother relieving process for employees leaving the organization for joining Multinational – Government Organization or higher studies.

3.) HSE improvement for Stakeholders

  • Organized Blood donation camp at our campus and donated 106 Units.

  • Provided better healthcare services to our employees by doing Tie-ups with Health care centers.

  • Participated in a city Night Marathon organized for a social cause.

4.) Education

  • We have developed an Industry-Academia Tie-up wherein we necessitate platform for students to explore technical and management know-how of the industry.

  • We are providing a platform for our employees who are willing to undergo further studies towards their respective working domain.
