We are on the lookout for someone who fits our culture as well as the job, and who is just as enthusiastic about working here as we are. Every one of our interviews is a little different. Then again, so are our recruiters, managers, and candidates. There is no formula to follow to ensure a successful interview with us, but there are some tips that might help.

Depending on the role you have applied for, there might be a technical phone screen round before we call you for an onsite interview. This is to understand your strengths and weaknesses and your eligibility for the role.

TECHNICAL SCREENING

If the recruiters and hiring managers find your knowledge, skills, and experience relevant to the role, your resume will get shortlisted, and we will get in touch with you to inform you about the next stages of the evaluation process. Processes are over, the interviewers will submit their feedback to the hiring committee. Based on the evaluation rounds, your suitability for the role you have applied for will be discussed. An independent hiring committee, along with interviewers and recruiters, takes a collective call over your interview performance in order to maintain consistency in the hiring process that we have at GroupNish.

Your recruiters will connect with you to share your interview feedback and discuss the next steps. Once a decision has been made about your candidature and if you're selected, we will roll out an offer for you. Make the smart move, accept the offer.
