NISH is first company in India to prove concept of automation for batch processes and proud to be one having executed instrumentation, control and automation for more than 1000 reactors till date.

These include processes like suplhonation, ethoxylation, amination, nitration and hydrogenation kind of critical batch processes.

NISH also has similarly implemented instrumentation , automation and control projects for continuous cum batch processes which includes blenders, mixers and distillation columns. NISH programming team is well conversant with using SFC for batch control as well as PID and FB blocks for continuous process between reactors.
